Oracle OpenWorld 2014 – XML and JSON presentations, meetings and Hands-On Labs

Oracle OpenWorld is about to start and I am looking forward to it. This year I will be able to learn and enjoy it a bit more than usual (not too much employer obligations this year) so able to be more focused on stuff I am interested in.

Lucky to have been a beta test participant for the In-Memory and JSON database functionality, I will focus on those topics as a kind of “round-up” and to see what I have missed during my testing and/or compare experiences regarding those topics. Of course there will be more to do. If people want or are interested, I will share my experiences during the Expert panel or ACE Director meetings and hangouts, and as usual, via this site. In all it should be fun, once again.

There is a lot to do regarding presentations and Hands-On labs on “the other” main enhancement in Oracle 12.1.0.2, native JSON database functionality. The agenda on JSON, XML, unstructured data is as follows during Oracle OpenWorld (a lot HOL’s to pick from…)
